How to Archive Office 365 Folder

Just follow these simple steps:

Download, install and launch Safe PST Backup on your PC.
Click Options > Files and Folders > Three dots [...] near your data file.
Select Office 365 folder you want to archive and click OK.
In the main program window select Backup Destination Folder.
Click Start Backup to initiate the archive process.

Safe PST Backup will archive your Office 365 folder to your chosen location.
