I wish all software was this easy to setup. Setup was straight forward, even though I use a NAS, and has been running smoothly ever since. I won't really know how easy it is to recover from a disaster until one happens though. Hopefully, I'll never have to cross that bridge. "knock, knock".

Support and product are very good, some better wording would help understand the functions though, like delete on size limit function, nowhere states that it is all the PST files combined.

Safe PST came recommended by one of the technical newsletters that I subscribe to. The software was easy to install and use. (I have a huge PST file that I was very concerned about...afraid it would not back up easily... using Safe PST eliminated my concerns.)

Works great. I managed to backup PST files in all my systems into a shared drive without having to close outlook.

This is a fantastic product. Quick and easy install and setup, and it takes the hassle away from manual backups. Lots of options on how frequent you want it to backup and it just does it for you in the background. I have not seen any system slow downs at all and what's more, the backup is really really fast. my pst file is about 7.5gig and it takes a few minutes. Manual outlook backup would take a couple of hours

A product that does "simply" what it promises !
Easy to use, small & fast.
Recommended for everyone who needs to manage pst files (backup) automatically with an effective user friendly tool.

Very easy insatllation and very easy to get started. The establishment of a pst is quick and very helpful if you are on IMAP and Outlook is not creating a pst file by itself, which was the case for me.
