i've used Safe PST Backup free version but I've decided to buy because it works 100%.

The only product I know of that does incremental Outlook backups and whether or not Outlook is in use, preserving memory and CPU usage.

I am so grateful that this programme exists. It just simply works and is dead simple to configure. The backups work flawlessly. Amazing. I have a background in IT and have a fairly decent backup routine in place. Notwithstanding that, lately some catastrophic hardware failures led to the loss of critical emails and data. Safe PST Backup will ensure that it never happens again. I'm also extremely grateful, as the founder of a not for profit organisation, that the programme developers have generously made the free version available - for free :-). Thank you, thank you, thank you.
