Both Randy and Larry provided excellent service. I had a somewhat awkward issue there I needed to move a licensed program to a backup computer while my original computer was repaired. They worked with me to allow additional activations on both computers to allow this. I can now remove the program on the backup computer.

Though not strictly with your company policy, Larry helped me switch a SafePSTBackup Enterprise license to a backup computer while my main computer is being repaired. Service like this is refreshing. I've been in the User Support business for a long time, and Larry knows how to do the job. Thanks Larry.
